There is discrimination and harassment going on at this property. My vehicle has been towed 2x since moving in with valid tags in April 2020 and I feel like I'm being scammed. I can't even park in my covered private spot I'm paying for because there are things like trash or furniture. Is this how ya'll treat people during a world epidemic with COVID-19 or just in general. Worst company ever. When I move I will NEVER again live in a neighborhood managed by this company. no one answers emails or phone calls. no one responds to protest letters. They have put a lien on my home for a billing mistake that was their fault and months later they have yet to respond a single inquiry. not only that but I am now receiving violation letters for trashcans visible with a picture on the letter that ISN'T EVEN MY HOME!!!!!!! How on EARTH does this company have an A+ rating????? Shady. not possible.

I was board member of the year. etc etc.We have always lived here since we bought 587 Springbrook North, Irvine, CA and raised our 4 sons here. A wonderful experience....until now. There seems to again be inappropriate activity going on with a few employees of PCM and Perry Law. Years ago I caught them embezzling money by among other things scratching over my dues check deposit stamp for HOA PCM and or Stonegate dues and restamping Perry Law...OCSDept considers that a felony by the way. After being a member of Associa in Hilliard Village Condos in Ohio I have since moved and bought a new place. After I paid the fees to them to close and move my account information over there kept charging me my HOA fees after I no longer lived on their property. Getting in touch with an employee here is next to impossible. I have been trying to get a hold of their office for over 2 months and they have the worst customer service I have EVER received. Houston Community Management does not communicate well, they do not return your phone calls in a timely manner. You ask for help they are not available. You might have to wait for weeks for a response, even then they may not respond. I have been told that email is the preferred contact and even then it is five days between each response and it never comes with answer. When they do respond they do not even look at my account to see that it has been updated, which only results in reporting the same information. Which is not he... read more

I live in a beautiful community, yet the management company Associa is working below standard. I have had an issue before, but now I have another one. I contacted management in January about my inability to lock my mailbox. The only small response I received was in January. They said they would contact a locksmith. I continued to inquire because my mailbox was still unlocked with no more responses. I am writing this review in March so there has been no resolution to my case. I am filing an investigation with the FBI regarding ASSOCIA Hawaii. I pay my association dues EARLY and IN ADVANCE each month. This is the third time they have sent our supposed late fees, account charges and legal fees to an attorney. Amazingly, they only send letters when this is the case. I have tried to reach out to them several times and they have been systemically dysfunctional in solving the problem. RUN! I have owned a townhouse in the a Twin Cities association which is managed by Cities Management. I have owned this unit for over 13 years and have worked with many of the local management companies, but ever since Cities Management - an Associa Company, took over management, it has been a nightmare. Like so many other reviews Associa is by far the worst management company around. To echo other reviewers,"My neighbors and I have contacted the company multiple times regarding CC&R violations. It's rare for the company to respond, and if they do, their e-mails are belittling, disrespectful and rude....On top of that, they raise fees considerably each year, far more than can be justified for what is being offered.....other fees imposed on me, and both my condos were added to lien.
