Legum & Norman used to be a great company to deal with when they were in Silver Spring. Ever since they established their relationship with Associa, their reputation has suffered and it's impossible to get an accurate resale package from them. I just went on their website to order a Statement of Account after I was told that the resale package that was ordered 16 days ago by the realtor (and has yet to be delivered) did not contain any information relating to the current status of the HOA dues. Poorly managed company. **************************. At our complex we went through 3 property managers in as many months. The first was suddenly replaced with no explanation, the second took over for a few weeks and was replaced. The third scrambled to figure anything out. During this process I had put my CE cheques in the on site Management mailbox. They failed to find the key and retrieve the cheques. I told them where they were. Our HOA has employed this management company. We have complained several times concerning HOA issues and the response was to be called liars, if we received a response at all. Incompetence and laziness in taking care of issues and those who pay this company is the rule of the day. Hire another company. For heaven's sake, check the BBB rating first!

I wish I could give them a rating of less than 1 star. This is the worst management company I have ever experienced. They are completely non-responsive. I have spoken with multiple people and gotten no follow up. I have an issue with water coming into my garage when it rains. I reported it multiple times and no one has even bothered to show up. I'm trying to get information about the condo as I am ready to sell and they have not responded. I'm totally fed up and ready to involve a lawyer, which appears to be the only way the... read more

This is the worst Property management ever seen. They don't care about the clients or the complaint against them.

I live at Beaver Hill Condominiums in Jenkintown, pa. Management there is the worst I have ever seen. People are treated with disrespect and their questions and concerns are ignored. The buildings are infested with bugs and they do nothing about it...simply let it continue and tell homeowners to clean it up. There are bed bugs literally crawling through the walls and unless this is treated as an entire building issue, homeowners can do little to affect the problem. They deny residents basic utilities and they treat disabled ... read more

Horrible customer service and zero experience in condo management. These people can barely communicate let alone manage buildings. They bully like small children if they dont like you.****************************************************

ZERO stars. I had to choose one to publish my comment. ZERO STARS. We are being bullied by the Associa representative in ******, BC. He is not going through the Residential Tenancy Board to keep part of the deposit as rent, or to keep part of the deposit for alleged damages. We were not given opportunity to attend a End of Tenancy Condition Inspection, nor were we provided with the End of Tenancy Report. He has now sent me to collections over an amount I wasn't even aware of; the tenancy only ended 15 days ago, and I had no ... read more

Associa / Community Management in Orlando, FL AND Home office in Dallas, TX - My HOA has experienced many issues with this management company. This review is coming from someone who has had problems both as a member and as an officer on the Board of Directors.
