Are Property Agents taught to interrupt, be rude, and to hang up the phone mid conversation with PAYING "clients/customers"? I have never had an experience like this, never! Other's in the same development have had similar experiences with the same individual.

This company had a manager in place until Jan 2019 that was wonderful. She dealt with any problems and had great customer service skills. She was moved onto another area, the new manager has not got her skills in dealing with people. ************************************************************. Associa has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced or worked with. Their branch office in Riverside CA, Professional Community Management has been completely awful to work with. Due to the Association mishandling a pipe leak in our home, we unknowingly lived with mold for 10 months. Once we brought it to our attention they were quick to tear apart our kitchen and remove the mold but have now left our kitchen without a proper working sink and kitchen cabinets since January 29th. This is the worst management company I've ever done business with... by far. No wonder all of the home owners want new management. Not only did I have issues they NEVER corrected in my year there, but I have now sold my house and cannot close or get a clear title until I pay them $262.00 to give me a letter saying I'm up-to-date with my payments and in compliance. Associa Kramer-Triad in southeast Michigan.......remember this name and stay away from any community they support or be active with your board to get rid of them. We cancelled our management contract with them on November 30th, waited 30 days for checks to clear. They said the accounts were closed, but as of these commemts on January 10, 2019, we DO NOT HAVE ANY OF OUR MONEY! Property Manager didn't care, I opened several maintenance tickets in their portal which were closed without any notice, service, or a phone call. My roof had a leaking problem which had always been covered by HOA, up until PMG took over and then all of a sudden it was not covered anymore. Now that we fortunately moved to another HOA company, guess what, the new company admits that the roof is their responsibility. I live in the Veer Towers Condo building in Las Vegas. I was one of the first residents that moved in after the proper was completed. The building has gone through a few management company services over the years and thankfully they have kept the original onsite managers and support staff. Everyone with Associa has been courteous, helpful and always exceeds expectations in all facets of the building management. Customer service is amazing and I am glad that Associa is in charge of my property

CMC Jacksonville / Associa has a fee generating scheme that centers on their antiquated coupon book payment requirement. I pay my HOA fees via my bank in a timely manner, before they are due. But CMC/Associa will not use the account information on the bank check to properly post to my account. Instead they pile on late fees and collection fees and threaten property liens when they already have cashed the check. I tried working with Jennifer in the CMC Jacksonville office but I am getting a very unsympathetic response.
