This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their staff are totally inaccessible and incompetent. I see that on the BBB website they have 40 negative reviews, and only 1 neutral and 1 positive, yet they are rated A+. How can that be? This has to be the worst HOA management company.

I'm on the HOA board for my association. We've been with Associa since November 2016. Since we signed our contract until the present, the community has experienced issues with incorrect billing of residents. We initially thought the problem was with the agent assigned to our association, but we've since noticed it's really just poor service and the company as a whole. Associa/Real Property Management are the biggest JOKES of all the world. They knew that homeowners in our development weren't happy with them, so they rigged our HOA board member election -by campaigning on behalf of the current board to keep the current board in place. I am very dissatisfied with the service that our community, The Van Wyck Mews, receives from Associa Management Company. Our community is being neglected. Promises have not been upheld, but fees keep going up. We now pay $334 per month. When I phone the office, Miranda never responses back and never handles the issues. I received a letter from a collection agency concerning an outstanding balance. This is my first time ever being notified of any balance. Lennar was suppose to pay the HOA fee's when I closed. This HOA never advised me of any balances in 2017. I only received a letting making me aware of the upcoming payments as of 1/1/2018 in December 2017. This a unfair business practices. A person should be aware of their debt and given an opportunity to pay it before going to collects.

On Nov 27, 2017, we submitted a maintenance request to have a leak originating from the outside of our terrace repaired. Included in this request we asked that several pieces of siding that had cracked be repaired. When submitting a request it states that you will be contacted in 1-2 business days. Two weeks went by and we had not been contacted so my wife tried to call. She tried 3 times during the month of December and could never get anyone to answer the phone. 37 Negative review, over 500 complaints, and they have an A+....just.....how? Lived in an HOA managed by Associa for over a year now, it is TERRIBLE. 0/10 do not recommend. They have poor...everything, I wish i had never bought a home in a neighborhood represented by this company.
