I cannot believe our HOA is paying this company. This is a very abbreviated version of my ongoing nightmare with the Cities Management Office in Minneapolis, MN. I will reference my contact person as CM (Cities Management). We had a drain pipe leak in 2 places resulting in having to remove wall, toilet, vanity, etc. On October 2, 2019 I emailed CM the information. I was a resident at a condo managed by Maple Ridge Community Management which has yet to reimburse me for maintenance fee they withdrew from my bank account after i moved out and sold the condo. I take no issue with the fact that they withdrew the maintenance from my bank account as I did provide notification of my moving out the day before I sold the condo, however the delay of over 1 month to reimburse the amount and the continued ignored emails is unprofessional and not what you would want from a property management compa... read more

the maintenance service in my building in Coquitlam has been terrible, the elevator has been out of service for almost 2 months, and there is no communication to the property owners about what is going on. Also, when request updates, Kenny ******* provides little or no info. The fees are very high for the maintenance they provide.

I have been trying for two months to obtain a refund for a nearly thousand dollar withdrawal that was made after I had terminated my authorization for monthly condo fee payments. When I sold my condo, I requested that Legum & Norman in Falls Church, VA, stop auto withdrawals of my fee, but they did not process the request and deducted the next month's condo fee without authorization. Associa branch office in SoCal has nonexistent customer service! Our GOTO person is Tiffany K. and her backup is Ellen R. both Tiffany and Ellen lacks the professional behavior and common curiosity to return calls, voice mails or replying to a letter. Six voice mails and one letter later still no response. hate to give them even one star. no follow through on maintenance service requests. actually let the gas/electric and garbage bills lapse for over a year until lien's were placed on homeowners property due to lack of payment by Associa. Broken promises meeting after meeting; seem to be eager to collect the funds though.

In a world where there are so many HOA management companies to choose from, it is surprising how Associa Prescott stays in business. The staff and management at their Carlsbad, CA office are unprofessional and apathetic. They are reactive rather than proactive. It takes homeowners to bring issues to their attention which means they aren't doing property walks.
