I had a really good experience doing a refi of my mortgage with secure one capital. Austin and Anthony were great! Austin keep in contact with me and kept me updated on the whole process using calls, text and email. I was very happy with them both. Very professional and my loan was done start to finish in about a month.
Secure One is so easy to work with that we've refinanced our home twice!! Working with Jordan C*** was a great experience - he was most responsive to to our questions and easy to work with!! The process was so smooth and efficient! I highly recommend Secure One!
It has been more than 4 weeks and the loan officer Troy Jones is nowhere to be found! He does not answer calls or emails. We have a purchase that was to close mid-November and has not closed yet due to the lender not getting their act together. This is totally unprofessional. So far the loan officer, loyalty department, complaint department and operations dose not answer the phone. I will never use this company and recommend anyone considering them to run away.
Austin and Anthony kept updated me thoroughout the process. Despite some hurdles and delays along the way, they made sure the loan delivered just like they promised. Very professional and committed. Would recommend this team to anyone.
