I started a refi with Quicken/Rocket but was also checking out Brian A****** at Secure One. I was shocked at the difference! Quicken charged me a $500 deposit and was going to charge me more than 2 pts for 2.875% Brian was able to offer me 2.5% with 1 pt and no deposit. Also no appraisal!! I am very happy that I chose Secure One for our refinance. Al b****** made this happen and he was the deciding factor for me.
