I began My Refinance with Secure One Capital on May 29, 2020 and as of August 15, 2020 have yet to receive the Loan payout for the refinance. I have been told that the payoff to the Mortgage Company was to take place on Wednesday, August 12 and the Pay out funds would be in my account on Thursday, August 13 after 2:30 PM> As of August 15 no funds have been received. We received a letter from Secure One in February 2020 stating that we qualified for a VA fixed rate of 2.75% (2.99% APR). I received a letter from Secure One Capital in June stating that I was eligible for a refinance for my mortgage. I immediately called, and was contacted within hours by the staff. We went over my qualifications and eligibility. My situation required some creative parameters involving an existing IRA. Secure One Capital did a great job handling our ReFi. I would like to get a extra special shout out to Mr. Andy G*******. He was AWESOME. He did not let the online nor time zone issues stop him from going above the call of duty to offer us focused customer service. I accidentally replied to a letter I got in the mail thinking it was my current mortgage lender. It turned out to be Secure One Capital and they clarified that point immediately. My current mortgage company didn't want to give me a better deal so I took a change. I worked with Austin B*** to consolidate two loans two one with a better rate.
