Beware beware beware!!! Worst experience I have ever had. 3 and 1/2 months of my time wasted. I actually have emails from them saying Loan approved going into closing and than didn't hear from them or even get them to respond to my emails for days. Just to be told there was something else. a minute ago Total sham of a company. I started the refinance process with them the end of February from a mailer I was sent. I was told by them after getting all the information they requested we were going to close at the end of March and they told me not to make my next mortgage payment. At the beginning of the process they were very responsive and were responding to my questions in less than 24 hours. Starting in April I stopped hearing from them regularly and the response times to my inquires were now taking 5 to 7 days... read more

Austin Beck of Secure One assisted me with my refinance. It was a smooth process. He was great and kept me informed at every step.
My refinance reduced my house payment by $142 per month. Mr Edgell & Mr Oliver were like Batman and Robin through this process. I was impressed by the rapidity of their responses to all of my phone or email queries.
Ian, Ren and Liz are a pro team. They were on top of my refi from my first contact with Ren until the final phone call from Ian. I was very impressed with support Ian gave me throughout the process. He would call me just to see if I had questions and to let me know things were rolling along just as they should. Whenever I hit a snag with something, Ian would walk me through it, get me back on track, then Liz and Ren would go to battle for me. You guys are amazing and I am grateful for all you did.
