Had a great experience with this company when I refinance the first time. I worked with Austin B*** who walked me through the process step by step. Beware beware beware!!! Worst experience I have ever had. 3 and 1/2 months of my time wasted. I actually have emails from them saying Loan approved going into closing and than didn't hear from them or even get them to respond to my emails for days. Just to be told there was something else. This was a VA cash out refi on a home that has over 180k in equity. I made the mistake of responding to a letter that was disguised as a letter from my previous mortgage company. a minute ago Total sham of a company. I started the refinance process with them the end of February from a mailer I was sent. I was told by them after getting all the information they requested we were going to close at the end of March and they told me not to make my next mortgage payment. At the beginning of the process they were very responsive and were responding to my questions in less than 24 hours. Starting in April I stopped hearing from them regularly and the response times to my inquires were now taking 5 to 7 days... read more
