Really bad experience. We've bought and sold homes and refinanced for years. I used to be in the business. We have PERFECT credit. I had all the documentation that they asked for before they even asked for it. This refi was a no brainer - and ended up being a nightmare! Had to track them down at every curve. Never even contacted me when the loan funded! I found out through our insurance company that we had a new lender!
