This was our first refi so we didn’t know what to expect. Ian and Gardenia were very helpful with the process. It started a little bumpy but Ian was great and helped answer our questions along the way. I always had a lot of questions but he took the time to answer each of them. Gardenia did a good job wrapped up the final steps and getting us to the end. We truly appreciate their support.

I received a random flyer in the mail from Secure One Capital around the time I was working a refi with my current lender. I took a chance and contacted Secure One after reading their rating and previous customer reviews. Surprisingly, they exceeding my expectations and beat the offer from my current lender, both in finance rate and fees. I would like to thank Austin B*** and his team at Secure Capital One for making the refinance of my home a smooth and streamlined procedure.
