I worked with Austin B*** and Anthony P**** on our refinance. I was a bit apprehensive about how it would go with SecureOne capital since I had not worked with them before. I'm surprised to see such a good rating for this company. We were promised a 30-day close once we submitted our loan application on 9/14/20, were notified of approval shortly thereafter, and that loan was sent to processor. After more than a month goes by without hearing back, we had to contact Secure One to ask for an update. Long story short, it's been 57 days, we still haven't closed.
