I'm surprised to see such a good rating for this company. We were promised a 30-day close once we submitted our loan application on 9/14/20, were notified of approval shortly thereafter, and that loan was sent to processor. After more than a month goes by without hearing back, we had to contact Secure One to ask for an update. Long story short, it's been 57 days, we still haven't closed. This was our first refi so we didn’t know what to expect. Ian and Gardenia were very helpful with the process. It started a little bumpy but Ian was great and helped answer our questions along the way. I always had a lot of questions but he took the time to answer each of them. Gardenia did a good job wrapped up the final steps and getting us to the end. We truly appreciate their support.
