In the middle of a refinance. Been going on for almost 7 months now! Sales guy is non existent and the services collecting information is beyond incompetent. Blaming their poor customer service issues on another bank claiming waiting for a subordination agreement. I had to get involved to help them do their job. Still waiting to close. Austin Beck and Anthony Perez were amazing. I was refinancing my mortgage as well as borrowing cash for a home renovation on top of that.
