James was very meticulous in running me through the numbers , he also educated me about the process and was transparent from day 1. I am very happy that I refinanced with secure one capital and I still get a call from James to check on the status of my loan and to answer any questions I might have which I think is really great service.

With rates at historically low levels, a refinance certainly made sense. The old-fashioned face-to-face loan application process is not possible these days, so we trust in phone and e-mail conversations. My dealings with Bruce E***** and his team (Matt O***** and Elizabeth G******-G****) were efficient and professional.
