I received a flier in the mail that eluded to a lower interest rate with no closing cost and no appraisal needed. I followed up and was told they needed my SS# to do a soft credit inquiry. I reluctantly supplied them the information requested. ****** did not call back at the time he set up and much later responded that my loan application was denied because there was no benefit in refinancing the loan due to the recovery factor. I had a great experience working with Austin and Anthony from Secure One. They helped me to refinance my home and got me a great rate. Everything went so smoothly and quickly! These guys went the extra mile to help me get some documents that were hard for me to find. They worked around my busy schedule and were always available when I needed something. Austin B*** and Anthony P**** were very helpful and made the entire refinance process very easy. The entire process took just over a month to complete. Would highly recommend anyone who is interested in refinancing use Secure One.

Outstanding!!!! I was refinancing 3 different properties in 2 different states. They walked me through every step of the way. I worked with Sam Z****, Elizabeth G****** -G**** and Tina S****. All 3 were the very best in their own departments. If I have any questions they were always back with an answer quickly. I’m so pleased with the outcome.

It's been a roller coaster of disappointment trying to work with Secure One Capital. They rope you in with low rates, then take their sweet time getting the loan together. Everything was going fine with my refi, I was told, it was just taking longer than usual. As per instruction, I took out a new insurance policy on my home and paid for an appraisal, which were supposed to be reimbursed out of my old escrow package when the new loan went through. If you want to refinance your home these are the folks you need to talk to, their awesome! I didn’t think I could get my refinancing done since my credit rating had dropped after signing for a credit card for my son. Better their get it done attitude made it possible! They are the best!
