I received a letter in the mail for a refinance rate called and was told my rates would be between 2.5-3.1% for a 20 year. I agreed for them to run my credit and get the rate locked in. They had all my information and my credit score was over 800. Then they gave my rates between **** and *****% which is much higher then we had talked about. I had an awesome experience with this company. The process was smooth and I was able to refinance my 30 year mortgage to a 20 year with a lower interest rate. Sold a warranty and when time came to pay, said it was too much to fix so refused. 5 months now and still waiting for repair.
