I will say I was a bit skeptical at first to deal with someone from the left coast being that I am on the right "East" coast and essentially all over email, text and phone calls with one visit from the Notary I really didn't feel like I needed to refinance however when I spoke with Anthony about the potential rates which were later verified by Austin, and the simplicity of the process, I was all in. I have been through MANY mortgage loan processes in my 40+ years of home ownership, both purchase and refinance. This has been hands down the easiest one yet.
