I have been through MANY mortgage loan processes in my 40+ years of home ownership, both purchase and refinance. This has been hands down the easiest one yet. Our Loan Officer, Sam Z****, was a delight to work with. He was responsive, communicative and very informative in addition to being easy to talk to.
