I just refinanced through Secure One Capital. I would give them the highest rating of any refinance organization I have dealt with over the years, since refinancing from the early 2000’s. The time frame that began the refinancing was early December, 2020 when home mortgage rates were approaching their bottom, in the mid to lower 2% range. This is the second time that we refinanced with Secure One. Our previous experience was beyond what we expected, hence going with the company a second time. I will say I was a bit skeptical at first to deal with someone from the left coast being that I am on the right "East" coast and essentially all over email, text and phone calls with one visit from the Notary I really didn't feel like I needed to refinance however when I spoke with Anthony about the potential rates which were later verified by Austin, and the simplicity of the process, I was all in.
