I am on the *** do not call list, and they DO NOT USE THAT, as legally required by CAN SPAM laws. I believe I am being scammed by Capital one. I deposited $300. on 9-4-2023 I called my bank and my deposit was cleared on 9-5-2023. However I was not allowed to have access to deposit. This is a pre-paid card for $300. I chose to cancel my account and learned that I still had to pay interest on a card I never possessed.
I had the great opportunity to work with ****************. He is a huge resource of vast knowledge, let alone an immense help! He was so incredibly patient with my crazy work schedule, and thankfully never gave up on helping me with finding a resolution for my situation. I am so grateful and highly recommend ****, he gives such consistent and strong customer service, and walks you through everything step by step until youre fully confident and secure.
