I believe I am being scammed by Capital one. I deposited $300. on 9-4-2023 I called my bank and my deposit was cleared on 9-5-2023. However I was not allowed to have access to deposit. This is a pre-paid card for $300. I chose to cancel my account and learned that I still had to pay interest on a card I never possessed.
I had the great opportunity to work with ****************. He is a huge resource of vast knowledge, let alone an immense help! He was so incredibly patient with my crazy work schedule, and thankfully never gave up on helping me with finding a resolution for my situation. I am so grateful and highly recommend ****, he gives such consistent and strong customer service, and walks you through everything step by step until youre fully confident and secure.
Just called because I got approved for a consolidation loan HOWEVER the lady I spoke to started pleasant on the phone. soon as she started, asking me questions, and for my reservation code, somehow I was not in the system. she started telling me what I was able to qualify for as soon as I told her no Im not interested. I received a cold call from this Secure One in early November 2022. I had the opportunity to work with ********* who asked me all of the right questions and answered all of my questions honestly. I put my trust in the company because of him and I have not *************. I am now able to sleep more comfortably with knowing that I am in good hands.
In February of 2022 my tax refund for over ************************************ to.my capital one account I noticed my account had been locked after I was told to come in to the branch and pick up my money so then I was told the account was being looked at for third party checks from November of 2021 so they told me that my refund was a ppp loan which was never true then they said they were going to give me 7thound from my savings close the savings and the rest will remain on my checking so nothing has come out of the invest... read more

I get 3-5 calls a week from secure one lending. I have no plans with them and I've told them to take me off their calling list but they keep calling. Please, stop calling! I have no need for a mortgage loan or any loan!
