Our experience with SecureOne Capital and specifically Ian O. and Kim M was fantastic! By far the best refi experience we have ever had, not to mention the quickest. I compared 7 lenders for rates/fees and SecureOne came out on top each time. It's always a little stressful and time consuming to do a refi, but when you have the level of responsiveness and accuracy that both of these individuals delivered, it's a walk in the park. Securing a refinance loan long distance using technology can be somewhat intimidating at times. Whenever I had a question or concern Yanal's pleasant manner and being readily available was much appreciated . The loan process was relatively easy to others I have had over the years.
