Eric always kept me up to date through out the loan process and would get back to right away if I had any questions or issue's. Secure capital one has been good to us all the time, Austin has made applying more easy and always making sure that we understand every inch of the way in paperwork . Even with the Coronavirus going on he manages to text us on what’s going on . Thank u again Austin on all the hard work??

Austin B*** at Secure One helped me do 2 refinances and every time he was keeping up to date. He made the processes smooth and never pushed me in any way. He took the time to explain any concerns and always gave me the pros and cons. He would respond to my text even when i send them at night.
