Austin B*** at Secure One helped me do 2 refinances and every time he was keeping up to date. He made the processes smooth and never pushed me in any way. He took the time to explain any concerns and always gave me the pros and cons. He would respond to my text even when i send them at night. I am so glad I deal with Bryan R***, Jay R**** and Janene S******. They did an awesome job with refinancing. I had apply for other big companies like loan depot and American Finance in Colorado. But unfortunately they couldn't approve my loan they said my debt ratio was above the level, I have good credit but still those lender couldn't figure it out.
