Just had my house refinance with Secure One Capital. I worked with Rick A*******. He was very easy to work with. Always kept me informed on how my loan was going. The loan was done over the phone. I live in Oregon. I got a great rate on my refinance. Great Company.
I have refinanced a number of times over the past 20 years or so. Some experiences were better for me than others. This young man is a true professional. He talked to me like a friend would and kept me updated thru the entire process. Sometimes hour by hour even on weekends and late in the evening. Austin Beck is a great asset. I would truly recommend Secure One Capital to anyone looking to refi.

Due to a misstep, the process took longer than I hoped for but time frame was understandable. There were a lot of steps that seemed extra and made it more difficult than the original home loan,which is just enough to keep it from being five stars for us. That being said we are happy with the results. More impressive overall was the customer service provided by Austin B***. He kept in constant communication and was quick to answer all my many questions in a very timely manner. We do recommend Secure One Capital.
