Arren and the team he worked with were consummate professionals and worked hard to get my loan processed. I received phone calls before and after I needed to provide information to help process my loan. Everything worked according to the process that was explained. I even received a follow up courtesy call after the loan had closed thanking me for the opportunity to be of service to me.

After looking at their ratings and talking to the sales team we decided to refinance with them. The interest rate was great and the process seemed easy. Now it has been two months, lots of excuses and we have still not closed. If you do choose to use them, make sure you have plenty of time and patience.
