After looking at their ratings and talking to the sales team we decided to refinance with them. The interest rate was great and the process seemed easy. Now it has been two months, lots of excuses and we have still not closed. If you do choose to use them, make sure you have plenty of time and patience.
Jared and Rick were professional, courteous, and informative. I received phone calls before and after I needed to provide information to help process my loan. My husband and I decided to refinance our house. In doing so, we first encountered Nicole H*** who began the initial process. Her demeanor, kindness and overall knowledge was impressive. She assisted us through the process and responded quickly. We then were introduced to Austin B*** who completed the process. He too was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
