Using Secure One Capital for our refinance needs has been such a positive experience. We worked alongside Rick A******* that guided us through the whole process and because of him this was our second time refinancing with the company. Everything was done by phone and he stood behind everything he promised would take place. Nowadays when mostly of mortgage transactions (Purchase/Refi) are done by phone/electronics, and Trust and Privacy are big issues, one cant' be too careful who they will be dealing with. These guys are great. They reached out to me letting me know that interest rates dropped and offered to do the IRRRL. Not only did it drop my monthly payment on my mortgage, but it lowered my interest rate AND knocked a few years off my note! They've been an absolute pleasure to work with and they made everything extremely easy on my end. Couldn't ask for better service from Rick A******* or his coworkers.
