I used Albert B****** III and Lupo at getting a fix mortgage to replace my arm mortgage. As represtatives of one capital corp they did a great job. Making me feel good and secure getting a new mortgage. Dealing with a company across the US. They made my situation comfortable and inform me as the process revolved. And the mortgage rate was great.

Basilio Castillo at Secure One Capital truly helped me out of a bind when I refinanced my home a few months ago. My wife and I have student loans under IBR repayment and we tried multiple lenders that told us they couldn't (or more like the wouldn't) do anything about the situation. I was very happy with the service. I requested to have my refinance completed very quickly and it was done. Rate was locked and got the refinance done in 4-5 weeks. Everyone I talked to was friendly and my agent followed up with me every few days, even if there was nothing new to report at the time.
We started in mid June refinancing our home with this company. We were given a rate 1/2% higher than my current rate for a 20 year note on the home and were told it could not go lower due to the fact it was manufactured and that the interest rate would go up if we went to a 15 year loan. We were told it should close by the end of the month and that they were going to cover the appraisal cost because of my husbands great credit.
