Rick Handled everything for refinance and we were able to do everything over the phone and through email. He helped with the notary appointments and the appraisal of our home. It was all very easy and streamlined. I would highly recommend this company.
Secure One Capital came through on every promise. We started our refinance in the 2nd week of December and closed before year end, as promised. We were able to completely remove all of our debt (Credit Cards, ETC.), as promised. Our monthly mortgage payment is now lower, as promised. I worked with Yony Lovos on refinancing my mortgage. The communication was great and all my questions were answered. Anyone I talked to at Secure One was very friendly and helpful. The process took longer than I was hoping but I think it's because it was done during the holidays. I am so happy I was able to pay off credit card debt and work with such a wonderful company.

Best experience with a refinance. I was promised a 15 day turnaround on the entire process from start to finish and I am happy to report that Khashi T****** kept his word. He kept me informed every step of the way ensuring the appraisal and pest inspection was scheduled promptly. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional. If I do this again, I will definitely go with Secure One Capital.

As a veteran, I truly appreciated how efficient and quick Secure One Capital helped us with our refinance. I worked with Khashi T****** and he was honest, polite, and true to his word. He kept us up to date during the entire process. He also gave his honest opinion on certain questions about refinancing, steering us towards our goal.
