Chase C********* is the most responsive person your could ever hope to deal with. I work 200 miles from home, and don't come home until weekends. Chase made everything go smooth and the process only took 2-3 weeks. This is the second time I have used Secure One. They gave several options to choose from and no pressure whatsoever. he assigned staff to assist me and worked around my schedule.

I had used Secure One in the past and was elated when I was contacted by Melissa Rivero, who previously worked for Secure One, to do my refi, as we had discussed previously. I was very thankful to Bruce and the Secure One Capital team. I had a lot of difficulty with other lenders, but once I dealt with Bruce he assured me all my concerns would be addressed, Bruce the sales manager was in constant communication with me during the process, and my loan closed within the time framed stated. I have never had such a positive experience with a company as I have had with Secure One. You are not tossed around to several people. The Financial Manager was extremely courteous and thorough. It took exactly one month to complete my loan and receive my money. The company surpassed my expectations.

I don't have a single complaint about my refinance of my mortgage. The only reason I got this refinance was because I accidentally picked up a call that I thought was a callback from a vitamin company.
