I had a very unsatisfying experience with several of the Secure One personnel. The first individual with whom I worked was apparently terminated and then my application was passed around to at least three others. After a telephone solicitation and being assured I qualified for a refinance, I submitted all of the requested paperwork. Going through a mortgage refi is never a "walk-in-the-park". I recently did a refi on my home through Matt ******, SecureOneCapital. My experience with Matt was amazing. He guided me through the whole process and was with me every step of the way. He answered every question and stayed in constant touch with me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would most certainly do business with him again.

I got a call from Secure One early in January saying they would like to offer refinancing on my home as interest rates had dropped, etc. etc. I spoke with several gentlemen and I explained that I had previously had a bankruptcy and that it had been discharged 2 1/2 years prior and that I didn't think I could qualify for a conventional loan like I currently have on my home based on similar discussions with other similar companies. I have had numerous financial dealings over the years and NEVER had a company (Secure One} perform 100% as they said they would. Meghan is outstanding from beginning to end!! I recommend them highly and know you will be glad you did. Customer Service is a lost art and they are exempliary.

I had a wonderful experience working with this company. Megan and Ryan are both TOP SHELF at what they do. Megan was so "on the ball", professional, kind and genuinely caring. Per our appraisal we had to do some extensive work to our home before we could get our refinance loan. This work was more involved than we originally thought and ended up taking four whole months to complete.
