it's been Over a MONTH DONT have my seat covers. worst customer service ever!!!!! do not recommend
RecommendedPlaced an order for 4 sets of seat covers in early November. A few weeks later, I received a call stating that the one fabric was back ordered and would likely not be delivered until after Christmas. I understood and was thankful for the call. At that time, I was given a verbal guarantee that the other seat covers would still be delivered prior to Christmas. Great fit, very little hassle at all to I stall. was very impressed.
Was concerned at first at not being able to reach anyone regarding my order. Received them before Christmas which was great and the covers fit perfect! Can hardly tell they are covers!
Be a Business not a place that 'gives you the business.' Yuck. Wish I had stuck with Precision Seat Covers.
Deliver products on time, honor the website cutoff date, provide better customer service. Other than that, I can't think of anything else.
Don't order from this company ordered seatcover November 26 2018 before there Christmas cutoff date was told December 18 2018 via email that it would not even ship till after December 31 2018 due to Christmas rush well who's fault is that terrible customer service false advertising very bad experience so far. Update after working with customer service and talking with them my order arrived 12/22/2018 fit perfectly and easy install on a bench seat made my boys Christmas thank you Seat covers unlimited.
I had an issue with not receiving the headrest that came with my set and someone at the company is now taking care of the issue and has assured me that I will get them ASAP. Thank You
