still haven't got my covers yet ordered the before Christmas
Installation instructions
Mother-in-law ordered seat covers weeks ago and has had no word on the items. The covers are for my daughter’s birthday which is Saturday. It’s her sweet 16 and now her grandma is upset that she will not have what she wanted to give her grandchild. She cannot get ahold of anyone via email or by phone. I have even called and got nothing. It’s ridiculous that her card was already charged and we have nothing. This company almost sounds like a scam.
One of the seat covers arrived ripped. They sent me a return label. It was delivered to them on december 12th. Its now january 28th and we still have not received it back. CUSTOMER SERVICE is non existant. Called everyday for 3 weeks and sent multiple emails and "madi" at option 2 when you call is yet to return a call or email. Multiple people say the will call us back when the get hold of her. No one has returned our call.
horrible customer service. first ever order has been three months. have not even received an update, except for two weeks ago when I had to call and ask what is going on. still have yet to get my seat covers in. or get another update. will revise once i receive them. probably get them next year and wont have the car anymore. just ridiculous.
by getting our your product out in less than 2 months
just got some seat covers in the mail. they aint the ones i ordered ,they are someone elses replacement covers. customer service doesnt answer and voice mail box is full. wtf. update, ben at seatcovers unlimited got right back to me and took care of the problem. i recieved my seat covers and installed them and am happy with them.
stop lying about when my order will be shipped. horrible company.

Well that's what we hang our hats on is our quality, if you look at the negative reviews right now, it's just our current production delay, every one I've talked to actually love the covers. So I usually let the covers speak for themselves :) Let me know if you need anything else
