Hmmm, where to start. Ordered in early December, did not receive until February 4th. Weather did not permit installation until mid March. The backs of the seat covers were sewn together on the wrong sides, the seat covers do not fit snuggly on the seats, and the taupe head rest covers were sewn with black thread. Contacted customer service in March, was told I could return for a full refund or they would make a partial refund. I am still waiting for confirmation of how much that refund would be. Placed an order on March 17 2019, just called to check on my order Friday April 26 2019, was told to expect shipment by June 9 2019. Totally unacceptable.
Horrible, just horrible. Worst online purchase experience I've ever had. I purchased seat covers the day after Christmas. This company has extended delivery estimate dates 3 times, and then let those dates pass without so much as an email or call (I always have to contact them). After the 2nd delay I asked for my money back, and they refused, stating that my order was "in process." (That was back in February.) I ordered my seat covers back on February 14th. My confirmation email said that it usually takes 2-3 weeks but could take 4 weeks due to the demand from the holiday season, ok I can deal with that (I just bought a bran new Jeep and want to protect my seats from my child and dogs that often travel in my Jeep). You have to be patient when you order custom seat covers. Ours took 7 weeks but well worth the wait.
ordered covers (3 pairs.$600+) on jan 14. after 6 weeks we were told there were production problems and they were scheduled to ship the week of Apr 8. it is Apr 11 and was just told they still havent shipped. thats 12 weeks after ordering them and not even an apology or anything. remember there are no refunds or returns on these custom covers so all i can do is wait.
I ordered seat covers 4 months ago, spent almost $400, still don't have them, still can't get phone calls or emails returned.... How about some customer service? How about delivering what I paid for???
Ordered seat covers for my husband anniversary gift in February and still don’t have them. Don’t bother calling customer service because no one will answer.......... smh🤦🏻♀️
I will never order from here again, nor will I recommend! Good luck ever getting your seat covers! I waited 4 months to get mine, after being told several different time frames and none of them were true.
