Christmas present ordered on 12/10/18, received 3/12/19. Have to cut fabric for the headrest. For over $200 I shouldn’t have to cut anything. Delivery time worst and no communication until I was going to cancel order. Never order from them again
I have been waiting on my seat covers for 2.5 months. originally was promised 2-3 weeks. every time I have called they have answered but extend the delivery date 2weeks. after spending over 500 dollars the product should be delivered much quicker. it's not ethical to hold onto people's money that long without delivery. I asked for a full refund and they told me no because they were already in production. I'm not retarded there is no way they could have been working on my seat covers for over 2 months.
We had to call and ask when we were going to receive our seat covers, after we were told we would get an Email and never received one informing us of a delivery date. We called/email 5 different people and they all said something different. The first delivery date was 2/20/19, then the second date was 3/5/19 (had a call informing us of this date), we called 3/11/19 and were informed that they were going to it ship it out on 3/15/19ish. very poor customer service. ordered covers 2 months ago and still dont have them. call and get no answer. send email and get excuses why it hasn't shipped.

After waiting 2 1/2 months !!! For the seat covers we ordered, finally arrived and were one of the most “user UNFRIENDLY” products I’ve ever dealt with ! Took 2 adults over 2 hours to wrangle them onto the seats with the over complicated system of strings and loops etc. Follwed the instructions carefully and yet 2 loops broke ☹️...after further inspecting why this happened it was evident that the single stitching attaching the flimsy loop to the seat cover was the reason.. RecommendedI recently purchased a second set of cloth covers for my 2015 VW Golf Sportwagen. Just wanted to give Kudos to the folks who helped, particularly with the second order. i ordered the first set (The Scottsdale Cloth) when the car was new in 2015, and they lasted for several years until I had an accidental kerosene spill in the car, necessitating a complete rebuild of the rear seat and replacing the front covers.
