Do what they promise and always answer correspondence from customers. Very disappointed.
Although the shipping of my order was back upped due to Christmas time, their customer service was great to deal with and very apologetic for the delay. I look forward to getting our new seat covers soon!
I ordered my front seat covers for my Toyota Rav July of 2017. I did have to wait for about a month but boy was it worth it they do fit like a glove and it is quality fabric. I ordered the Scottsdale, in Graphite color. I have just ordered covers for my back seat and was informed I would get them around the middle of April. Again well worth the wait since I know what I am getting.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Placed an order 11 weeks ago for 2 seat covers and still do not have them! Customer service is terrible! Have emailed in, but receive no response. Called and got no apology or update!

I placed an order at Christmas 2018, They said I might get them in March 2019? Got to be a better place for nice covers!
I ordered seat covers for my wife on November 15 2018 for a Christmas gift it is now February 22 2019 and still no seat covers! They don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever done business with! When I did finally get them to answer the phone last Friday which took 33 calls in a row they could not tell me the status of my order. I give them 0 stars!
Based on all of these similar reports, I don't a simple conversation / negotiation is going to work here. Shoppers / Veterans Beware.
