Paid a lot of money for seat covers that I will likely never receive. I ordered in February and at end of May, nothing. I have tried to contact them so many times. The phone lines always say closed even during their business hours. I have emailed several times and never get a reply. Now I want a refund and I’m probably going to have to pursue a lawyer to get it.
Ordered and Installed Seat cover for a 2017 Ford Edge. They do fit good and the quality seems to be 'ok' but the seat covers did take 10 weeks to receive.......had a very hard time trying to contact them about ETA of covers. Definitely need to have better customer service as lots of their online reviews state the same issue.
Deliver your product...from what I can tell you are thieves. Money taken 11 weeks ago...still no covers
After waiting over 3 months to receive the seat covers for our 18’ 4Runner.... service is absolutely ridiculous... the fit is not “CUSTOM”.... since they are custom we couldn’t cancel our order.... we can’t send them back... I had to tie my own loops for strings to connect to each other... just thumbs down all the way... I would not recommend these seat covers to anyone. Point being if these seat covers were under $50 bucks. These would be a steal. But paying top dollar. And after seeing the quality and fit first hand. Junk.... read more

Okay, like a lot of folks I've seen on here I had to wait a long while to get my order, January to May. After I messaged here on FB inquiring about the delay, I got back a nice reply explaining the reasons behind it, why they were so backed up, etc. My covers arrived just this past week and I can say that the wait was worth it! My 2018 Ford seatcovers are coming apart at the seams. No reply from this company, save your money. Truck has 10,000 miles on it.
they made my rear seat covers wrong. they said i don't know how to install them but i sent them the pages from the owners manual. it clearly states the headrests do not remove. they made me send them back without offering to pay for shipping. they do not answer phone calls or emails anymore. they have not sent any correspondence. i have not recieved my seat covers it's been 3 months
