Quality is above and beyond our expectations. Fits like a glove and is so well made that the seats feel like a piece of furniture. Well worth the wait!! Thank you so very much!

For the price I paid I expected a lot better craftsmanship. I recieved my seat covers with most the seams already coming a part. The rope fasteners were poorly sewn on. A hole in one of the head rest from not sewing together properly. One of the seat covers had fabric sticking out of a seam, like it wasn't tucked properly. The shower cap was missing an eleactic band. It's like they do not have any pride in their work or no quality control. I placed an order and immediately received an email stating it would be 10 weeks— so I started emailing and calling to CANCEL the order... absolutely NO response on either— couldn’t even get a person on the phone number at all. This is TERRIBLE customer service and I will begin taking multiple other means to resolve this issue.

World's worst most unresponsive customer service. The email they sent me to confirm my order said I would get my covers in 8-10 weeks due to a backlog. This close to Father's Day no less and the website didn't even advertise the promotion for 20% off for Father's Day. Backlogs to delivery should be disclosed upfront. The don't return calls, and/or their mailbox is full. I may have to register a dispute with my credit card company. This is complete BS.

Ordered seat covers in March for my sons birthday. Was sent an email they would deliver within 10 weeks. It’s now June 10 and they have never responded to voicemails or emails and I feel like I was scammed for $300. Horrible customer service seems to be a given with this company!

Tried for a week to check status of seat covers. All phones said same thing ( Mena and Utah). Leave a message but all mailboxes were full. Does this company actually exist. Credit card has been charged for 3 weeks. SCAM

TERRIBLE! 3.5 months to receive. Wouldn't let me cancel even before they started making my "custom" covers. Only received them after I filed a complaint with the BBB and Paypal. Then when I received them, they did not have the velcro needed for the backseat head rest which do not come off the seat. And of coarse through all of this I could not get in touch with anyone at the number provided and no one would return my emails!! Terrible, terrible, terrible. Save your money. Buy somewhere else.
