Ordered mine Dec 10. I finally emailed last week when have heard absolutely nothing. Said they would “check and get back to me”. It’s been 10 days with no “get back to me”! I replied direct to CS rep who initially responded. Told her felt like getting scammed and considering disputing with CC company since already paid for. It’s been 3 days, no response. WOW how is Seat Covers Unlimited even in business?????
How about following your own warranty for a start!
I ordered a complete set of covers for my husband’s Christmas gift. When he installed them Christmas Day he was missing all the front seat headrest covers. I emailed immediately to let them know about the missing items. Today is January 19,2020 I have emailed three times and called and left a message all with no response! I have a $500 set of seat covers that look like crap because they aren’t complete!!!
I ordered my seat covers on Dec 2, 2019. As of yet I have received no seat covers, no communications, no nothing from them. I have called and left messages with no return calls... I would like the product I paid for, but at this point I would like my money returned!
RecommendedGood quality, great looking seat covers. Installation could use a couple of tweaks in the areas of under side of the seats, straps with adjustable snaps instead of Velcro and Seat backs could use side airbag slits. Install was very easy.
customer service has been horrible for me. Maybe if they returned calls when they promise to it would help soften the amount of time I've been waiting.
There is no communication! I have yet to receive a return email or phone call from issues I had. Won't ever to back to this company!
Tight fit. Very clean and easy install.
I ordered custom covers for my 2017 Nissan Titan. The covers came earlier than expected and they look awesome! It took me about 3-4 hours to install the front and back covers.
