Terrible customer service...terrible product. I waited 3 months for my custom Neoprene seat covers for my Jeep. They were supposed to be here in 3-4 WEEKS due to being backed up from the "holidays". (i ordered on February 3...nowhere on their website did they discuss being backed up...regardless, 3 MONTHS is a bit longer than 3 WEEKS). I ordered seat covers in January of this year, as of today May 7th still no seat covers. I feel like the rib around is all I get. Again I am being told they will ship this week. I don't have any faith this will happen.

My boyfriend ordered seat covers January 19, and hasn't received anything. He's called and written emails! At this point y'all can keep your seat covers he just wants his money back! ridiculous.
Just got our seat covers on, but so happy with the transformation inside the truck! I was nervous about cutting my expensive seat covers to put the head rest on, so I hope they don’t run or split from wear! It took a while to get them, but since it is a custom item I expected that! So worth the wait!
I placed an order on Jan 23rd for seat covers for my new Pathfinder. I was assured by customer service that they would be shipped by April 4th, but that was almost 4 weeks ago and they still have not arrived. I am not getting any response from my email on an update. I wish I had found these reviews before I purchased from this company! In the meantime, I've had to buy cheap seat covers to protect my seats until my order arrives. This is a completely unacceptable way to treat your customers!
My husband spent $700 on seat covers on January 10th. These were for a present for me. It’s now April 29 and I still don’t have them!!!! I am more then upset and disappointed. You have horrible customer service. You workers give nothing but excuses when we call to find out what is going on!!! No one emails for update status. If I am paying that much money for a product I expect good customer service and to receive my product in a timely manner.
