just got some seat covers in the mail. they aint the ones i ordered ,they are someone elses replacement covers. customer service doesnt answer and voice mail box is full. wtf.

Ship orders when you say you are shipping the. Have your people stop the lies to customers about where you items are in the production cycle and "they are shipping tomorrow" when weeks go by and nothing. Have your people answer and return phone calls about their order. Poor customer service!!!
For Christmas 2017, I purchased front seat covers as a gift for my daughters 2017 Acura TL. I’ve previously bought other brands of seat covers. I highly recommend these seat covers . They make the inside of my old truck beautiful and I'm really happy with the way they look. They were a bit of a pain to put on but only because of how tightly they fit to the seats, which is amazing. I ordered them late November and I just got them mid January. They were worth the wait! I emailed their customer support 2 weeks prior to getting them wondering about my order. They promptly sent me back an email assuring me my order would arrive in the next week or so. Actually make a custom seat cover as advertised!!
I ordered my seat covers in June of 2018 and still dealing with getting the problem fixed. Originally I received my seat covers the seams were already ripping the headrest looked terrible you could see the seams. I’ve tried dealing with Ben and kept getting promises that the replacement would be mailed next week. Well it’s been over 6 months and still nothing. Would not recommend them at all. No stars. I’d give them a minus. Do Not buy from them you would be very disappointed.
Order was promised in 3-4 weeks, which was said to be longer than usual because I ordered during the holiday season. No problem there except it has now been over 8 week and, when I was finally able to reach customer service (full mail boxes, busy signals), their manager complained to me about how they have too many orders and problems with their phone systems. I placed an order with them back on December 3rd and still haven’t received it. I’ve tried contacting the company multiple times using 3 different phone numbers and by messenger and still haven’t gotten a response back! At this point I just want to cancel my order and receive a FULL refund because this is ridiculous!
they are good at taking your money but incredibly bad at answering their phone in providing updates. I'm beginning to wonder if they are a scam
