My covers quickly broke at the seams and CS was non responsive. Many better options out there.

Horrible customer service, I am lucky to get a response once a day in regard to missing items in my order. I do NOT recommend this company. ** Update- I did receive my missing items. The quality of the covers are good. They need some serious help in their customer service department though! They only way to get a response from them is through FB messenger. Madi, who is in charge of phone calls and emails is basically useless.
Finally !!!! A company with integrity, and an amazing American made product.I got my covers yesterday,and all I can say is WOW ! the quality is over the top and your customer service exceeded my expectaions.Your pricing and shipping also was better than I expected,thank you ! and I am ordering a set for my other car today !
Five plus sets so far, perfect fit, and function, work great!
I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered the first week of July, seat covers came late August, with pieces missing and not fitting. Took days to get ahold of someone to get the steering wheel cover and head rests for my front seats. When the new package arrives (3weeks later) it is a center console cover and head rests covers that are way too small. Call again and email and try to get ahold of someone and finally talk to Nikki. Their products are awesome. After some customer service difficulties with my order, I was lucky enough to get Mr. Bodrero responding to my trouble. He made sure that someone got in touch with me and that corrections were made. I was contacted when they had questions and when my corrected pieces were shipped. I cannot be happier with my seat covers and can't wait to install them.
Top of the line quality. Fit extremely snug. Can't even tell they're seat covers. Very durable. Bought s new car, I'm on my second set.
Seat covers don’t fit. I was told to cut my own holes in them to get them to fit. That’s not what I paid for. Have had a horrendous experience trying to return them and am still waiting for an answer. I have emailed and called several times. Emails go unanswered and phone calls get transferred and never returned. I just want my money refunded! Have also filed a complaint with the BBB. **Update: after this review was posted, I finally got someone to help me and the issue has finally been resolved!**
