Before placing my order, I made sure that my order would be delivered before Christmas as it’s a present for my boyfriend. I contacted the company via Facebook messenger to check the status of my order. I was told that my order wouldn’t be shipped until after Christmas. After explaining that I was told otherwise before placing my order, Nicky, said he would look into it for me. Do not use seat covers unlimited. They made the cover wrong for my 2018 Ford f550 and will not admit it. I do not have an integrated seat belt but they keep telling me I do. I have been emailing with them for weeks then haven't heard from them for 2 weeks. I called today to be told it is a install issue and a install expert would. All me at noon. Still have not heard from any one. Do no use these people

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERABLE THEY WILL NOT ANSWER EMAILS CALL PHONE AND THEY TRANSFER TO VOICE MAIL AND NEVER RETURN YOUR CALL. PROMISE SHIP DATE AND NEVER HAPPENS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMED TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. BEEN OVER A MONTH ANND STILL DONT HAVE MY ORDER. ALSO THEY ARE TOO FACED AND LIKE YOU TO ORDER ON WEB SITE RATHER THAN ON EBAY. Customer Service has been very frustrating to work with, seat covers are OK but Quality Control is lacking. I have been emailing and calling endlessly for the last 3 weeks. They reply at a snail's pace and they never sign the email with a name so you don't know if you are getting a different person each email. We need to get the back seat back rest exchanged because the one they sent had the seatbelt slots in the wrong place. There are several other shortcomings as well but I've given up. Wow. The quality of workmanship is worth the wait. Everything fit exactly as it was supposed to. Very simple as long as you take your time.

My experience is we bought a pair of seat covers for my car and I absolutely loved them we bought some for my husbands truck and had a bad experience because they ripped when u put them on it took a bit to receive replacement seat covers and for the bad experience we received a full back seat covers for a really great price and mind u it if we liked them but it’s taken some time but to make a long story short this company has went beyond what most companies would have done to the people that stepped up my hats off to u .. wh... read more

Ordered the covers. Waited a month. Contacted them via email. All of a sudden they were on the way. After receiving, seat covers came with the wrong headrest covers. This is after leaving specific instruction in comments section of order form at time of purchase. They THEN told me they didn't have the pattern to make the proper headrest cover. They wanted to make a new seat back cover that covered the seats and headrest together, which I did not want. I asked for a full refund, and they said they would only refund 50%. I spe... read more
