It's time for me to finally write this review... In mid-March, I ordered a custom set of neoprene seat covers for my daughter's birthday gift. I received an email about a backlog...okay. I can wait. I didn't want to pay extra to have them expedite the order (as the email suggested I could). So, I marked my calendar and waited patiently. The anticipated due date passed with no word. We have ordered many sets of seat covers from Seat Covers Unlimited in the past and have always been very satisfied.
Waited patiently for my 89 F-150 Lariat XLT seat covers.. Was worth the wait as they fit like a glove, I usually consider reviews in my purchase and can't understand why & how you can't see the quality in these covers, I will say it was a challenge to get a hold of someone but all & all I'm very pleased, very easy to install but what I would suggest is hire more people and maybe open a few more shops around the U.S., Thanks

Does anyone actually work here, or are your people trained to keep dropping my calls and passing me around to people who never call you back. Like Madi, Shari and Stacey. And Shari who doesn't seem to understand what one level higher means ie. supervisor. 4 months into this, still have 500$ 'custom' seat covers sitting in my garage. Work that was supposed to be taken care of wasn't. Partially fixed fronts, however, bottom left was sewn to top right!!! and vice versa! Is there competence in this company at any level? These are absolutely as nice as the originals! You order, they are handcrafted to fit, took about 6 weeks, not disappointed! Bought for my 92 Chevy, original color and fabric and for our 50th AE Corvette!
