I cannot say enough how Ben took this extremely bad situation and turned it into a positive! He was willing to listen and portrayed empathy. He worked with me to get seat covers that are great quality and look fantastic! I feel like I am driving a new car. THANK YOU BEN! I wished I would have been able to deal with you out of the gate. To the rest of the team, this is an excellent training opportunity.
I received my seat covers and were the wrong style and color. They not only sent me the correct ones, I ordered wrong back seat and the gave me the correct ones with no charge. They went out of their way and our seat covers are perfect and fit perfect. I sent them a picture, as I don't know how to put it on here. They are the BEST SEAT COVERS EVER!! BRAVO ZULU TO THEM.
I typically do not review anything on line and provide my feedback (after all, I'm just one guy and one opinion among the masses) but, in this case it really does seem warranted. I recently purchased the seat cover for my 84 El Camino. I must say that I was a little upset when I got a call the day before they were supposed to be shipped that the color I wanted had to be back ordered. The woman was very nice and said there were other colors that were close to that and she helped me find the color that was close to what I wanted. I wish I could tell you the quality, but I have NOT GOTTEN THEM! I ordered back seat covers back in Feb...its now April! I have called the company many times. They have many different phone numbers. None of which does anyone answer or return a voicemail. I'm calling during business hours and it keeps saying they are closed. I FB messaged them and emailed them to find out the status and still no answer. I'm 2 seconds away from calling the credit card company and getting my money back this is ridiculous! Seat covers Buyer beware! Poor quality!! I have installed seat covers of a superior brand three times by myself without a problem. When my engineer/ hobby car mechanic husband and I were having difficulty installing them and I contacted Madi, she merely responded that we should have a professional installer look at them! I had also mentioned to her that the seams were ripped in multiple places which she didn’t even acknowledge. Great company to work with!! The seat covers took about 6-7 weeks to receive but they were worth the wait. I got emails letting me know of the delay. Great quality and great customer service. I ordered extras that I didn't really need & they refunded me when they reviewed my order. Took about 2 hours to install but we were also cleaning the truck so it could take less. Pictures in comments!!
