My wife bought me these covers for my Tundra and they don’t fit. I’ve sent to emails and also reached out via the “contact us” on the website but still no response. My next course of action is to call. More to come....

Hey Floyd, what's your order number and we can help you out. But the canvas is our toughest thickest cover and for that its hard to fit well so we always recommend our Tailor Made option which would fit on the tops way better, but looks like you selected the cheaper fit option at checkout which is why those tops don't fit like they're suppose to. Other fabrics are fine but our canvas doesn't have any give to it

My credit card was charged 2-3 months before I received my covers. Was not sent a confirmation of order, requested one and that took forever. Ordered custom covers for my Jeep but when I received the covers they were not custom and did not fit right. I called and was told to send photos to customer service which I did. Never heard a word. Tried calling several more times but could not get through. What am I to do with these covers? I want my money back. Dealing with this organization has been impossible. Ordered a product that is inferior and has numerous pulls and frays. Called three tines and left messages with no return calls. Finally called the new order line and got assistance. Was asked to send pictures of the imperfections. Still no instructions on how to return. Product is NOT as advertised and service is worse. Still trying to resolve and I’ve done everything they asked.

The seat covers are very nice thick and fit like a glove. They don’t look like covers they fit so tight. Also very easy to install. Couldn’t be happier.

Very poor customer service. We decided to try them for out for our towing company.So we ordered for one of our trucks. When we finally got them it was missing a piece. When I called the girl got ugly with me. Now they don’t respond to my phone calls or emails. They just lost what could have been a very good account. Glad I found out just how sorry their customer service was before I ordered the seat covers for the rest of out tow trucks as well as the service vehicles. 8/3/2018 I had to come and update my review. We have a 2018 Chev Silverado extended cab. My kids and I bought these seat covers for my husband's father day and birthday gift. Spent alot of money, but good quality should be worth it. So they arrive, get to the back seat, NO INSTRUCTIONS!! I got the seat covered, but can't get the seat back cover on. So I call SCU and the hep desk says I have to take the back seat off. WTF, you are kidding! Nope, so it's a waste of money to get the back seat cover. Something they don't tell you when you order and because it's special ord... read more

Poor customer service! I placed an order on 6/5/2018 for a fathers day gift and expedited the order, it arrived with missing straps. I have contacted Madi from customer service multiple times about this issue and still no one has taking care of this. I paid money for a job not completed. I have called and left a message with another employee and no call back.. I would not recommend this company they don't follow through.. very disappointed since I did read the reviews.. Would not buy from them again...

Initially I had issues with this company. After writing a very negative review here and elsewhere, I was contacted by Ben B who has been a very straightforward, courteous, helpful company representative. My issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. This is a revised version of my initial one. For those of you who have had similar issues, I hope you receive the same courtesy and satisfaction I have.
