Slow service with inaccurate advertising and products. Quite disappointed.
I just recently traded in my car with the seat covers that I purchased from seat covers unlimited 5 years ago and all I got was many compliments from the car dealership where I traded my car on how new they still looked after 5 years of use. It's why I just made another purchase for my 2018 Kia Sportage and I so highly recommend it.
Really. I wish I could leave a minus star but I can't. They cannot even spell customer service much less do they know what it is. Please please Google this company's reviews before you order from them. I have not a clue how they stay in business.
I cannot believe how well these worked out!! I’ve spent as much or more on seat covers that looked like crap. These seat covers look like factory originals. When you order them, make sure you know exactly what kind of seat frame you have. Then select that seat frame from their template page. After that, its easy. These new covers fit exactly! My experience has been horrible. After waiting 2 months and being told my covers were in production I found out you didn't even have the material. So I accepted a different material and even added back seat covers so the dye match would be the same and they came wrong. The rear seat back was in 2 pieces when it needs to be one, the head rests were too small and the seams ripped and the console doesn't even fit with no way to correct it. I immediately sent the parts back and was told I sent arm rests!! So I sent a photo AGAIN... read more

Second set ordered from here. Took longer to receive than what I was told when I placed the order. I'd like to say they are fully installed and look great and well worth the wait. Their Facebook was very responsive and ready to help whenever I had any questions about my order. Even sent how to videos when I had questions installing it. Would definitely recommend.
Ordered custom seat covers on Jan 20th. Got a call today that it will be a few weeks yet. Was told that 3 weeks ago when I called to inquire. Customer Service is not authorized to do anything to make it right!
