Just installed my new leatherette seat covers. By the way, this isn't my first time. These are my third set from this company. I'm pretty handy but it took me right at 4 hours to install because I had to take off both seat control panels and what not. Pros: * They look good in the truck - a Ford F-250. * They installed just fine. (Read the instructions people. You're not building a rocket here.) * They are reasonably snug fitting. After my original review of 1 star I talked with Ben and he made it better they fit great and look good. Very pleased with color. The back seat in my Chevy was a pain but it turned out.
What joke! Do not buy from these people, they are not professionals! Customer service does not exist ! I'm usually pretty even keeled, but they are ridiculous! Took 4 calls to find out it takes 5 weeks, not 3! Just thankful I got my girlfriend more than 1 gift for Christmas or I would be totally embarrassed.
I received my custom order for my Ford Bronco II which has Ford Explorer front seats. Out of the box they look great. I will let you know how the install goes. So far I'm happy with the Scottsdale navy blue seat covers.
I ordered my covers, and while I did think it was taking too long I found Ben’s email. I promptly emailed him at about 9:00 p.m. and had a response from him within 30 minutes. The seat covers were sent out the next day and are amazing! Thanks Ben!
they claim 2 to 3 weeks. i have been waiting 4 weeks. i sent two emails.... Ben got back to me. Everything worked out! Seat covers look awesome
I placed an order told items were in stock and would ship out in 2-3 days. I heard nothing called back 9 days later told they are on backorder. Not notified. Called 2 weeks later for an update. Told items are discontinued. All this time just shy of a month they had my money and never notified me!
Love the material. Wasn’t sure about it to begin with but after a little wear they settled out nicely. They are sturdy and hold up well to kids and dogs being in the car. Just didn’t like they installed with the strings only reason for 4 star rating.
I bought these for my husband's 2009 Chevy. They look great. The fit is amazing and pretty easy to install. The install took a little over an hour but definitely worth it. We will order again.
