Ordered 7 weeks ago. Still no seat covers! Worst customer service ever!!! Still haven’t been able to speak to anyone. I’ve called and left messages with no response. Other times I get “voice box full”. Do NOT recommend!
Update: I finally did receive the seat covers. The seat covers are high quality and fit perfectly. The console was the wrong type (our console doesn’t have storage) but I messaged Ben and they sent the correct one out that week. It fit great. Overall the product is excellent. I do not recommend this company at all. We have now ordered 2 full sets of pick up seat covers from this company. First set was good but we did not have any issues with the fit or workmanship! Now the issue!! 2nd set of covers workmanship is not what we would have expected. Each set of covers was $400-$500. so a pretty good chunk of change. Here's the problem. RecommendedI placed my order on 11/26-- just received tracking on 1/8. I spoke with someone on the 4th who didnt really give me any answers but Ben reached out to me today and made things right. We purchased through here for a Christmas gift because my husband had bought here before and loved the product he received. I appreciate Ben's customer service!

their covers are high quality thick and comfy. easy to install I won a set Valentine's day last year and am purchasing some for my hubby soon! I love them
I place an order on 12/12/2018 and receive an email on 1/4/2019 that my seat covers will not ship until 2/14/2019!!!! Not acceptable! Website said 3-4 for delivery! CANNOT GET A LIVE BODY TO SPEAK TO AT ANY OF THE DOZENS OF PHONE NUMBERS GIVEN!
I ordered seat covers for my son on 11/22/18 and as of today I have not received them. I called around 12/16/18 and was told they would be shipped on 12/19 and when asked about receiving on time for Christmas I was politely informed we do use fedex ma’am. Well they never came.
