My husband ordered seat covers before Christmas time and got an email saying it would be a little longer then expected because of the holiday which we definitely understand. Send me my seat covers I have been waiting for over three months.
I ordered seat covers for my husband's truck back in January. STILL have not received them. I have called the 1-800 number provided--just rings and rings. I call the Arizona store--they tell me its coming from Utah. I call Utah--It just rings and rings. Call Arizona back- They basically tell me they can't tell me anything since it's coming from Utah. The selection of covers for car seats were amazing , detail and fit is close to factory, this is looking at the displays that they have floor. My complaint is that I was waited for a long time for sales representative, then they got busy with something else. I felt I was being ignored intentionally while others were being assisted and this one particular person just did not want look or walk my way to ask if I need any assistance. If you are a person of color don't waste your time shopping there.
Can't guarantee seat cover colors are even in the color range you requested. I ordered gray and got borwn which they refused to exchange even though it was thier fault.
Do not ever order from this company. They will take your money and you will not get your seat covers for 3 months if then. And it’s been excuse after excuse.
RecommendedI just received the seat covers I ordered and though they were a few weeks overdue, they were well worth the wait. When the covers don’t fit or made incorrectly you can forget they will make things right.
