Scripps mercy hospital gives patient food they are allergic to and refuses to order something they can eat. I can't eat mellons and most greens the nurse said he is allergic to everything on they tray making me look crazy when I told him the 2 items on my plate I was allergic to. So far I had no dinner they offered me a sandwich 5 hours later I am still waiting for mayo to put on my sandwich and still waiting for charge nurse to come in and tall to me. I had the best care when having our daughter. Dr. Cervantes is the best! And every single nurse was so sweet! Our daughter had to be in the NICU for a few days and the hospital gave us a courtesy room so we wouldn't have to go home without our daughter. The doctor and nurses in the NICU were all amazing as well I don't have one bad thing to say about our experience. Thank you again!!
Hospital staff is extremely rude to include the rent a cops. Lack of communication amongst workers and patients.
I just wanted to say how grateful I am to have an amazing team next to me while delivering my first child. Thanks to Dr. Servantes and nurse Virginia who delivered my baby who were very professional and extremelly supportive. Thanks to all who took care of us in postpartum department, nurse Tatyana and all other amazing nurses. We couldn't have a better experience. Thank you guys and God bless you!
I Work there in EVS dept i got good MDS and nurses there got good care there staff there work hard to get you well and back to your life like this hospital !
When my mom was there one night she fell from you bed with no one to help her ... I what to stay there but they told me no ine can't stay in her room.. So whwn we when to visit we so her leg and arm purpure.. Then one week past my mom was in bed into she past away.. 6 years ago ..so my FAMILY and i don't recommend this hospital ...sham on the nurse's of this hospital..
Here I sit in a room on the 7th floor. Last night no help from nurses because I was left in a chair with no call light from 11pm-2:30 am. Tonight they started construction across the hall from my room after 9 pm. They man said they will be working til midnight or so. Oh, I did have surgery with a great Dr and anesthesia. Sort or hard to heal with no rest or help at night. The day nurses are great!

The place had very friendly nurses and made my experience for the second time a pleasant one. The only thing I would suggest for mothers breast feeding have your loved one get a hotel room close by to stay in just in case your there more then a couple days, the room you move to after the birth is decent however the following room is small and not enough room to share for you and your honey.
