I am a patient of Dr Rochester (great, awesome Dr) I checked in yesterday for surgery. My most sincere thanks to all those beautiful nurses and staff. Everyone one was super GREAT, SWEET, CARING and COMFORTING. Great staff and teamwork.... my respects and admiration to all of you .... Thank you :-)
However hectic it was in the ER, the staff remained professional. We saw one guy go off on everyone, cussing and being abusive. The doctor just kicked him out. He said he was not welcome there when he abused the staff. I was impressed. The staff kept their humor and were friendly under very stressful circumstances. Kudos to the team --- Thursday -- all day!!

I first I went to sharp the docs there wore super rude and I decide to leave and come to Mercy's scrips hospital every person that took care of me was super nice and caring specially nurse john and Kristine they wore such sweet hearts I'm very thankful for them

I belive in their mission. Its easy to see the dedication and devotion they have to their practice and profesión. Truly a hospital were the dignity of the person comes first. A true example of "incluyentismo" in todays overwhelm society.
